What to expect

An initial consultation

I offer an initial free 20/30 mins phone call before any decision or commitment is made. This first short talk is an opportunity for us to see if we can work together and for you to let me know what you would like to focus on and your expectations of therapy.


I will also ask you some questions along the way and offer my own reflections on what you have told me. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions or concerns you may have about starting therapy. I work in person in Hastings and online 


Session length

If we both agree to work together we will meet weekly for 50 minutes for individuals, 60 minutes for couples at a regular time.  My fees are: £60 for individuals, £75 for couples and £60 for supervision.


From time to time I have reduced fee spaces for those on a low income. Please ask me if there is currently availability.
